Shipping and Delivery Policy
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival mentioned on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information or contact our customer care for the most accurate delivery date.
Kindly note that your order might also be delivered in one or more batches. If you do not receive all your items in the first package, sit back and relax, as they should be delivered in one of the remaining batch, for which you will receive a separate update or tracking number.
If, however, all your items are not delivered within the estimated delivery time (mentioned on the product page(s)), or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service to verify the status of your order.
Shipping Terms
- We currently deliver our products within GCC.
- Delivery time depends on the product you are ordering. Please refer to the Shipping Tab under each product page for a more accurate delivery time.
- Our items are shipped using our third-party logistics partners to your doorstep. Please be advised that our delivery includes only delivery to your doorstep and not placement of the items inside the house.
- NB: We may apply an additional charge for the fixation/placement of the equipment/ products if applicable and the fixation/ placement service is available. Please reach out to our customer care for further inquiries.
- The fees for our shipping service depend on the item's weight and your location. For additional information, kindly reach out to our customer care team at info@hayalma.com.
- Orders need to be placed before 1 PM to start counting the days.
